Nice room, chic breakfast, very comfortable beds and pillows.

No free drinking water, no bathrobes or slippers, cold floor in the bathroom.

The breakfasts with homemade omelettes. The best position next to a subway station. Nearby Bar Hub - great place to chill out.

The rooms were modern and the dining area looked very nice. It also had a popular bar erea. It is super close to the metro (that is a 1 min metro ride from the main train station) and is right across from a large shopping centre (Kamppi). The movies and entertainment centre is only a 1 min walk away. There are many popular restaurants all around the hotel.

Breakfast was almost always chaotic. Juice dispenser was broken several times. It took a while for food to be refilled. The flow was not good because the buffet was by the entrance which meant that it was difficult to get food and enter and leave the breakfast area because of heavy traffic.

Fairly clean accommodation, excellent staff. The rooms air-conditioned, brand-new with all comfort and a drink, for example. A free sauna for guests, overall excellent service. Easy parking nearby.

I stayed for 3 nights and loved the spacious room, the luxurious breakfast buffet, and the comfortable bed. Everything felt great, even if the gym could use more equipment!

Gluten free products on breakfast. Although coffee/tee making possibility was not mentioned in Booked.net for standard room, all necessary equipment was there and we could boil the water for baby food.

This Business Class rate where all is included is pretty good idea> I would be glad to see Radisson coming in more facilities with such upgraded service for business travelers. Really good to have Nespresso Machine in room, all channels included, breakfast included - not to worry for the invoice reporting.

Can't really say that something was wrong. If they could use the curtain in the bathroom which will be heavier or with magnets at the bottom and won't stick to you while under shower that would be better.
